How Long Does Sculptra® Last?
Sculptra Facial Rejuvenation results improve over time and results last from two to three years without a lengthy recovery period!
Does The Sculptra® Treatment Hurt?
The Sculptra treatment entails minimal pain during injections and a brief recovery period. Patients may receive a topical numbing agent to ease any discomfort, but any associated soreness is typically mild. Note that any soreness associated with the treatment is mild at most.
How Long After Sculptra® Will I See My Results?
Sculptra gradually stimulates collagen production, which requires time. Initially, after injection, the product mixed with water absorbs over 1-2 days, seemingly with no immediate effect. Visible results may begin in 4-6 weeks, with full results typically visible after 3-4 months.
Are Sculptra® Results Permanent?
Sculptra, composed of poly-L-lactic acid in sterile water, boosts collagen production, restoring skin structure. Results may take up to two months, but the increased collagen lasts longer than most injectables, usually up to two years after multiple sessions. The breakdown of new tissue afterward varies based on factors like genetics, sun exposure, and lifestyle choices. A maintenance session may be required, if outlined during assessment.
